In an area that is better known for winning Nobel prizes rather than using noble hops, beer is a new scientific discipline that Aquatic Brewing brings to the area. Alex and Greg saw a hopportunity for a brewery, and Emily was excited to brew a collab beer in her hometown of Falmouth, MA. Beer scientists abound, or rather, Harbor Hop!
Harbor Hopping is an India Pale lager. The usage of lager yeast showcases the Nelson Sauvin, Enigma, and Rakau flavors, bringing three continents together with a pilsner malt backbone. Notes of white grape, pear, mango, and pineapple come out from heavy hopping in the whirlpool.
